Our Story

Hello!!
Welcome to Clockwork Coffee Co.
We are the Doyal’s! My name is Bryce, my wife’s name is Ashley. We have two boys, our oldest is Clark & Oliver is our youngest.

My wife & I wanted to start a business from home to help bring in extra income for our boys. We went through a few different ideas, but we ended up with coffee! I have always been interested in specialty coffee. I started researching and learning about roasting coffee beans. My love for the coffee industry grew, so I started roasting beans at home! I then decided that’s what I wanted to do.

My wife & I started thinking of company names. Our oldest son Clark is fascinated with clocks so we decided on the name Clockwork Coffee Co.
We wanted to start up a company so that we could put some money towards our boys schooling & other needs.
Our oldest son Clark was diagnosed with autism at three years old. My wife stays home with Clark and homeschools him. He also goes to therapy multiple times a week. Our youngest Oliver now attends a Christian homeschool that is in our county, that we are so thankful for.
